This is a high-trust high-impact role for someone who can serve as a proxy for the CEO drive clarity across functions and help scale a growing complex business.What Youll DoServe as a trusted partner and representative for the CEO helping advance strategic priorities and manage communications across internal and external stakeholdersTranslate company goals into clear measurable plans ensuring focus and accountability across teamsLead quarterly and annual planning OKR development and board and investor reportingDrive cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational efficiency internal communication and team alignmentPartner with the CEO and People team on culture-focused projects that strengthen engagement communication and leadership developmentSupport executive-level preparation for fundraising board meetings and strategic partnershipsAnticipate needs connect information and help the leadership team stay aligned on executionWhat Youll Bring5 years of experience in operations strategy consulting or a related field; at least 3 years in a leadership or Chief of Staff-type capacityExperience building and launching scalable initiatives in a venture-backed startup environmentSkilled at managing complex projects and relationships with sound judgment and discretionComfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on executionAdept at synthesizing information and helping others focus on what matters mostDeeply collaborative values-driven and motivated by impactExperience working with boards and/or investors strongly preferredFamiliarity with technically complex or science-driven organizations is a plusWhat Youll Love About UsImpactful Work: Help guide a company tackling one of agricultures most pressing challengesProfessional Growth: Direct exposure to executive decision-making board strategy and cross-functional leadershipComprehensive Benefits: Health vision dental and life insurance; optional 401(k); 3 weeks PTO; 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leaveLocation: On-site in Holyoke MA.
