Join the Club!About the RoleWere looking for a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to partner closely with the SVP of Strategic Programs and Business Operations and the executive leadership this role youll act as a trusted advisor and thought partnertranslating vision into action streamlining operations and driving alignment across the organization.Youll help shape and execute LendingClubs strategic priorities ensuring that our teams are operating efficiently communicating effectively and delivering on the companys most critical initiatives. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity embraces complexity and has the ability to influence without direct authority.What Youll DoBoard and Executive EngagementPartner with the SVP to prepare materials and presentations for the Executive Team and Board of DirectorsDevelop concise compelling and executive-ready communications and reportsCorporate Planning LeadershipLead the companys operating rhythmowning the corporate calendar and ensuring key milestones are metSupport the annual corporate planning cycle including strategy refresh long-range planning and operating plan developmentCoordinate input across teams to deliver cohesive actionable updates for executive reviewDrive the goal-setting process ensuring company objectives are aligned with LendingClubs strategic prioritiesDesign and facilitate executive strategy sessions from agenda creation through execution and follow-upStrategic Initiative Execution & OperationsLead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives ensuring clarity accountability and resultsIdentify risks surface dependencies and remove operational blockers to keep work on trackPartner across teams to enhance processes strengthen execution discipline and drive continuous improvementBring structure and clarity to complex initiatives through effective communication follow-through and collaborationAbout You6 years of experience in strategy operations consulting project management or executive support rolesBachelors degree or higher in Business Management or related field; or equivalent work experienceStrong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across functionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities drive outcomes and maintain focus under pressureStrategic thinker who can move seamlessly between high-level vision and operational detailSkilled communicator who can distill complexity into clarityverbally in writing and through presentationsNatural collaborator who builds trust and alignment across teams and levelsHighly organized resourceful and adaptable - you thrive in fast-paced evolving environmentsHigh level of integrity discretion and professionalismComfortable using modern collaboration and project management toolsWork Location San FranciscoThe above locations are eligible offices for this locations have been determined to foster in-person collaboration with this roles team or the related business lines. We utilize a hybrid work model and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays and -person attendance is essential for this roles success and remote placement will not be offers relocation based on actual job level. Time Zone Requirements Primarily PTWhile the position will primarily work local hours LendingClub is headquartered in Pacific Time and our ideal candidate will be flexible working across time zones when necessary.Travel Requirements As needed travel to LendingClub offices and/or other locations as needed. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 00. The base salary of the role will be determined by job-related knowledge experience education skills and location. Base salary is just one part of LendingClubs Total Rewards package.
