As COO, you will run day-to-day operations across multiple divisions.

Full-Time Executive Leadership
$275,000 - $350,000 base salary + bonus + executive benefits
Full-time coverage and benefits
Experience
10+ years in operations leadership
5+ years leading at an executive level (COO, VP Ops, GM, etc.)
Background in construction, energy, or industrial environments
Education
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Core Skills
Strong operator - you execute, not just plan
Understand P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience running multi-site or multi-division teams
Strong leadership - people follow you
Comfortable in both the field and the boardroom
