Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/ Technology Head/Enterprise ArchitectLocation: Atlanta, GA OnsiteFull Time Direct HireJob Overview:We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and AI/ML, with proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade technology solutions.The CTO will be responsible for driving the companys technological vision, overseeing product development, managing engineering teams, and ensuring technology alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable software systems.Oversee AI/ML initiatives and leverage emerging technologies like OpenAI and cloud-native solutions to enhance products and services.Manage and mentor high-performing engineering and data science teams.Architect solutions leveraging AWS, GCP, and OpenAI APIs to drive innovation.Ensure best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, and data management.Collaborate with product, operations, and business leadership to define technical strategy and priorities.Oversee data security, compliance, and governance practices.Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and platforms to improve operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Min 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.Strong hands-on background in Python and Java development.Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, and OpenAI integrations.Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks, model deployment, and data pipelines.Experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL systems.Proven track record in architecting enterprise solutions and leading engineering teams.Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.Familiarity with data analytics and real-time data processing.Previous experience in startup or scaling environments is a plus.
