Join a large mutlti-state behavioral health practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients across multiple levels of care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a part-time or full-time opportunity in Wesley Chapel, FL. The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration for:
- Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry
- Child & Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility (RTF)
- Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, social workers, and treatment teams
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical documentation
- Support quality care and positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry preferred
- Active Florida medical license
- DEA registration
- Strong commitment to serving children, adolescents, and families
