Come Play, STL, a premier multidisciplinary pediatric clinic, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Child Therapists to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments using formal and informal tools to evaluate strengths and areas of growth.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that promote functional independence and positive outcomes for clients.
- Offer education, guidance, and consultation to clients, caregivers, and professionals to maximize therapeutic carryover and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to create individualized care plans, coordinate services, and discuss caseload management.
- Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Must hold a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current Missouri License
- Experience: Pediatric experience is required.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
