Join our team and build a career you’re excited about.Compensation:$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a full-time center-based settingImplement individualized behavior programs for patients guided by a BCBAGain expertise in Naturalistic ABACollect treatment data electronically via the program as requiredParticipate in daily circle time and social skills groups with learnersAssist with parent training and parent engagementQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMust be 18+ years of ageAn undergraduate degree in a related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not requiredActively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR pursue certification within 2 months of hire.
