Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryThe Child Development Center is recruiting for a student employee(s) Teacher’s Aide. This individual will be responsible for organizing activities with children in accordance with the curriculum as prepared by the head teacher (singing, reading stories and other language arts, assisting with other developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day). Other duties as assigned (examples: cleaning, organizing environment, interacting with the children in various activities to include but not limited to spontaneous reading, word play, navigating and problem-solving social interactions, assisting in conflict resolution, maintaining the safety of the environment, etc.)DutiesThis individual will be responsible for organizing activities with children in accordance with the curriculum as prepared by the head teacher (singing, reading stories and other language arts, assisting with other developmentally appropriate activities throughout the day).
