We are searching for energetic and charismatic individuals to join our team!Job SummaryThe Kid’s Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kid’s Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children ages 1-11.Duties & Responsibilities● Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner● Engage with children one on one and in group settings● Lead and participate in interactive activities● Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kid’s Crunch● Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in● Other duties as assignedCompensation● Part time employee ● Hourly rate● Complimentary gym membershipQualifications● High school diploma or equivalent● Experience working with children - 1 year (preferred)● Customer service - 1 year (preferred)● CPR/AED certification● Professional attitude● Upbeat and positive personality● Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environmentJob Requirements● Pass drug screening● Background check● Use of finger scan technology for recording time worked● Not eligible to work remotely
