Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $19.33 - Midpoint: $24.18 (Hourly N5)Department/Organization:217201 - CDRNormal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmJob Summary:The Child Development Resource Center Specialist develops and implements training and technical assistance for childcare providers and parents in a 12 county region. Assumes responsibility for one or more of the following aspects of program operation: The Learning Center The Rolling Resources Van and/or General Training and Technical Assistance. Oversees resources associated with programs. Prepares and conducts training for early childhood providers in a variety of areas.Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in child development early childhood/elementary education or Family Studies and one (1) year of experience in Child Development Parent Education or direct service with families; OR masters degree or higher in child development early childhood/elementary education or Family Studies.Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. drivers license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies.
