You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver therapy, clinical assessments, crisis management, and psychoeducation from a whole-family, systems-based perspective.What We’re Looking For:Passion for working in community mental health and social servicesMaster’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related fieldMinimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a child-serving system/agency (internships not counted toward requirement due to state regulations)Experience with trauma-focused therapy and crisis interventionStrong organizational and computer skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingSense of humor and positive attitudeCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusionAbout Every Child, Inc.:We’re a nonprofit dedicated to helping children and families thrive through behavioral health services, foster care, adoption programs, and wraparound family support.
