Out of state valid motor vehicle operators license will be accepted during the application process.Education: Possession of a high school diploma G.E.D or equivalency or a high school proficiency certificate.Experience: Three (3) years of full-time journey level experience in child support collections casework in a public Child Support Office or agency OR three (3) years of full time experience as a clerical supervisor with direct knowledge and supervision of work within the CA Statewide Child Support Enforcement Systems (CSE).Desirable Qualifications:Familiar with Child Support Services Performance IndicatorsAbility to implement and support a Local Child Support Agency (LCSA) Child Support Services Strategic PlanFamiliar with Child Support Services Laws and RegulationsSelection ProcessApplication Filing: All applicants must apply online at and submit the information as indicated on the job announcement by the final filing date.Online Oral Exam: (Weighted 100%) Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in an online oral interview which will be reviewed by a group of subject matter experts who will rate your responses. The oral interview will measure candidates competencies as they relate to the the oral interview candidates must achieve an average passing score of 70% or higher on each of the competencies as well as an overall passing score of 70% or higher.
