Tender Hearts Counseling, a leading provider of child, teen, and family mental health services, is seeking an exceptional Child Therapist to join our growing team in North Bethesda.

This opportunity is available for part-time or full-time clinicians who are excited to work with children and their families ages 3 and up in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is a W2 position in-person in North Bethesda, Maryland.

Your Role

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children and teens
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Partner with families to support comprehensive, whole-child care

What We’re Looking for

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required
• Licensed in Maryland or eligible for licensure is required
• Experience or strong interest in working with children in a clinical setting
• Experience and interest in supporting parents and family
• Highly organized, self-aware, and dependable professional with strong time-management skills.
• Consistently punctual for appointments and effective at managing schedules, responsibilities, and daily tasks.Knowledge of evidence-based interventions
• A collaborative team player committed to learning and professional growth
