Job Title : Child Welfare IT Implementation Support Specialist (Large-Scale Rollout On-Site User Support) Location: Valhalla NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Qualifications: Experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment including child protective foster care/permanency or preventive services. Experience delivering implementation support for new application builds within child welfare programs. Experience providing on-site user support for a large-scale (15000 users) distributed child welfare application. Experience working on a large-scale system rollout (15000 users) from initial needs assessment through production deployment and ongoing support. Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
