ResponsibilitiesAs a Child care Aide/Assistant Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:Assist lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebrees curriculum.Assist in managing effective classroom transitions.Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.Ensure that the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom are appropriately maintained.Present a positive and professional image at all times adhering to uniform requirements.Communicate effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their childs development and classroom happenings.QualificationsAt least 18 years of ageBenefitsProfessional development & advancement opportunities for those looking for growth with Individualized Growth Plans for individualized development.Annual ReviewsFull benefits package including health insurance options, dental, vision , 401 K plan with 4% employer match, 12 days of PTO in the first year and 7 paid holidays.Employee investment program that includes additional tuition assistance, bonuses & other benefits
