We are hiring for a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the hours of 7:00-4:00 for our Junior Kindergarten classroom (wrap around 4K)DutiesJob duties include:Having a positive attitude and reliable work ethicPlanning and assisting in guiding the class through developmentally appropriate lesson plan activitiesAssisting the children with meals, bathroom hygiene, and kindergarten readinessActively participate during playtime, indoor and outdoorCommunicating with both the children and adults to effectively meet the needs of our familiesGuide assistant teachers to keep them actively engaged in the daily activities of the classroomMost of all, have fun!Each classroom has two teachers that share the responsibilities of lesson planning, teaching, and minor cleaning of their roomRequirementsHas the physical ability to perform the duties of the position, with or without accommodationsExperience and certification are a plus, but we are also willing to trainHigh school diploma or GED are required Infant/Child/Adult CPR with AEDWe offer training in SIDS, Abusive Head Trauma, and Mandated Reporter Training upon hire, if neededBenefitsPaid personal timeHoliday payVacation payFlexible scheduling
