Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryWe are looking for childcare teachers to join our team who are child-focused and would like to join a team of people who have a passion for caring for young children. We are currently hiring teachers for all age classrooms, ages 6 weeks through school age. Full time positions available.DutiesGeneral responsibilities:Make weekly lesson plans as instructed for the classroom.Interacting affectionately and respectfully with children.Speak in a friendly, calm, soft, courteous manner with the children.Communicate with children at their level.Be available and responsive to the children's needs, questions and requests.Use positive discipline techniques.Requirements*Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.*Willing to train.Nice To Haves*CPR/First aid certified.*Early childhood education classes/experience.Benefits*Positive atmosphere.*Supportive director and staff.*Christ-centered environment.*Clean, bright environment.*Flexible scheduling.*Center open Monday-Friday, 6am to 6pm*Full time staff receive paid holidays, vacation/personal time, short term disability.
