Children's Group Home Administrator Certification Needed $20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus$20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Orangevale, CAFull-Time $75,000-$85,000/yr 8-Hour Shift + On-CallAre you a compassionate and experienced leader ready to make a life-changing impact? If no certification, We will provide paid training and cover the full cost of the required certification for the right candidate. The sign-on bonus will be reduced to $10,000.00. You must be willing to obtain GH Cert within 30 days. You will get paid training and certification. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD HSA, FSA & Dependent Care FSA Paid Time Off Daily Pay (Dayforce Wallet) 401(k) + Roth options Tuition discounts through Capella University Employee Assistance Program & Employee Discount Program What You'll DoAs the Children's Group Home Administrator, you will:• Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & Title 22)• Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver world-class care• Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home• Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits• Communicate regularly with families, conservators, and service coordinators• Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies• Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care• Participate in the on-call rotation• Uphold Redwood's zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglectYour leadership will directly enhance the quality of life for the children we support.
