Offer fair and competitive pricing.Position Title: Chimney TechnicianLocation: Northern VA and FredericksburgStatus: Full TimeNumber of Positions: 1Qualifications Must be U.S. Citizen Must pass a background check once hired Must have a minimum of 3 years of Chimney Technician Experience High level of customer service Possess good oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills. Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations. Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.Responsibilities- Provide Excellent Customer Service.- Show up on time.- Do the job correctly the first time.- Sweep and repair customers' chimneys.- All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of workBackground Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
