Overview
We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Chiropractor who is dedicated and skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care, focusing on patient-centered treatment plans to improve musculoskeletal health and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and history, including physical examinations and evaluation of medical history
- Perform detailed patient exams, re - exams, x - ray examination and analysis, and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement care plan, provide rehabilitation stretches/exercises, and provide guidance in patients health goals.
- Utilize techniques such as diversified manual adjustments, Chiropractic Bio Physics, Thompson Drop Technique, Activator, Cox Flexion distraction, trigger point therapy, and more
- Manage occupational health concerns by providing ergonomic advice and injury prevention strategies
- Interpret medical imaging results when necessary to inform diagnosis and treatment options
- Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, and the importance of ongoing care for long-term health benefits
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Be able to adjust, manage, and treat a high volume of patients (about a 150 a week)
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Chiropractor in PA
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques
- Experience in patient observation, assessment, and physical examinations
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and patient care best practices
- Excellent communication skills and bedside manner for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Prior experience in primary care settings or similar environments is preferred but not required
