Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Opening: Church Facilities Director of OperationsPart-Time (25 hours/week), Non-Exempt | Salary Range: $25,000-$32,500 annually (based on qualifications and experience)Paradise Valley United Methodist Church (PVUMC) is a dynamic, affirming community of faith with a mission to embody God's Love in Action. With over 1,000 members, two Sunday services, and an expansive weekly ministry program, we seek to grow in faith, compassion, and outreach. Our diverse and welcoming congregation affirms the sacred worth of every person and strives to build a just and loving world.We are currently searching for a highly organized, relationally mature, and spiritually grounded Church Facilities Director of Operations to oversee our financial administration, campus facilities, and front office operations. This pivotal role supports the day-to-day infrastructure that makes PVUMC's life and ministry possible.Key Responsibilities Include:Coordinating financial systems, payroll, and reportingManaging building maintenance and facilities schedulingOverseeing office systems, staff communication, and recordsPartnering with volunteers, vendors, and church leadershipSupporting the mission and ministry of PVUMC with integrity and careQualifications:Demonstrated experience in financial administration, facilities coordination, or office managementStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise emotional intelligenceCommitment to teamwork, inclusion, and the mission of PVUMCInterested candidates should submit a cover letter and résumé to [email protected].
