Circuit Board Assembly Rework Technician
Vancouver, WA
$25/hr. Day Shift
As a Rework Technician, you will utilize soldering equipment to rework components on circuit boards, test for electrical continuity, and inspect PCBs for conformance with IPC-A-610 standards. You will document quality issues and collaborate with the engineering group for escalated defects.
Responsibilities
- Utilize soldering equipment to rework components on circuit boards.
- Test for electrical continuity.
- Inspect PCBs for conformance with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Document quality issues and collaborate with the engineering group for escalated defects.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in soldering and reworking components on circuit boards.
- Ability to identify components based on a drawing or electrical diagram.
- Experience with lead-free solder, both surface mount and thru-hole.
- Proficient in electronic assembly and use of hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous rework experience with a wide variety of board designs and layouts.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience working in an ERP system preferred.
- Surface Mount and Thru Hole Soldering experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
