We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Life Cycle Management Cisco Lifecycle Services Representative will be responsible for managing customer support Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. The LSR will consult with account teams providing strategic renewal pricing to not only execute accurate Cisco renewals but to drive revenue growth within addition the LSR will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients and Cisco Account Teams. This position will also be responsible for providing lifecycle support throughout the duration of the customers renewal cycle.WHAT YOULL DO:Own and execute on assigned Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accountsCoordinate and collaborate with customer and internal teams to establish timelines action items responsibilities and associated due dates of renewal activities in a manner that results in an on-time renewalWork with sales to identify and present upsell opportunities within existing client basePosition multi-year deals & co-term with other license opportunities as to increase size of dealsEngage Cisco support teams and build accurate quotes in CCW-R 6-12 months advance of expirationProvide clients with accurate renewal quote that is in alignment with established timelinesAddress and resolve install base inaccuracies to ensure customers Cisco and Trace3 install base data are aligned and accurateCollaborate with customer and sales team to capture all items available to renew in the renewal scope. Identify and communicate risk. Work to close gaps in coverageTake actions to reduce complexity e.g. minimize # of contractsParticipate and contribute to customer Quarterly Business Reviews as requiredMaintain accurate NetSuite data for opportunities/forecasts client informationProvide financing options & related information when appropriateProcess client transactions such as orders quotes or returns timely and accuratelySetup and maintain client notes credit limits and contacts. Facilitate post-renewal system (LAMP) updates with Data TeamMaintain and expand working knowledge of current partner renewal offerings and varying service/support levelsObtain Cisco training and relevant certifications as time permitsChampion best practices policies and proceduresCommunicate constructively to management and team members on challenges ideas and updates needed to enhance policies and proceduresMay perform other duties as assigned by managerQUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal management or lifecycle experience requiredHighly organized detail-oriented excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasksProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail to meet deadlinesMust be a good collaborator communicator and facilitator with customers and internal cross functional teamsStrong presentation skills preferredAbility to establish and execute deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEmphasis on ability to build and maintain relationshipsStrong analytical skills regarding client quotes reports manufacturer dataExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in CCW-R CCW & EAMPProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint PowerPoint Outlook) and CRM platforms. Must be competent in ExcelKnowledge in Annuities (EA SaaS & Subscriptions) preferredGood understanding of Information Technologies is a plusActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including location experience skill set performance licensure and certification and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
