Job Details What You'll Do: Manage an insurance defense caseload from inception through resolution Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and reporting independently Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders Take full ownership of files with support from experienced leadership Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the practice What We're Looking For: 3+ years of insurance defense / civil defense experience Active Indiana bar license required Proven ability to manage cases independently Strong judgment, accountability, and follow-through Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment Interest in long-term growth and increased responsibility Work Model & Flexibility: Fully remote option available Hybrid flexibility for attorneys near a Midwest office Modern infrastructure that supports remote litigation without sacrificing collaboration Interested in hearing more?
