RRC CORE VALUESMust understand and personify RRCs core values: Client Satisfaction understands the goal of always exceeding our clients expectations Employee Happiness able to work well with others communicate clearly with coworkers promote a positive work environment and mediate conflicts between team membersQuality Work - able to take ownership work independently prioritize workload and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbove and Beyond - versatile flexible able to anticipate the needs of the company take the initiative and willing to go out of your way to assist othersESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead and support civil engineering design for data center developments including site development and site layout site master planning and site selection grading drainage utilities and roadway infrastructurePrepare construction documents engineering reports technical specifications and civil site plan setsAnalyze and design gravitational wastewater systemsPrepare erosion and sediment control plans stormwater pollution prevention plans and support during permitting approval processCoordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural electrical geotechnical and surveyingReview contractor submittals respond to RFIs and perform occasional site visits to verify progressEnsure design compliance with all applicable codes standards and client requirementsSupport cost estimating scheduling and project planning activitiesMentor junior engineers and maintain quality assurance across project deliverablesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES)Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience including working on data center facilities and land developmentProfessional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 monthsProficiency in Civil3D AutoCAD and related civil design toolsStrong understanding of hydrology grading site development stormwater management and utility systemsExperience coordinating with local jurisdictions permitting agencies and utility providersExcellent communication organization and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentExperience working in multidisciplinary engineering teamsBENEFITSRRC is committed to investing in talented employees because we recognize that healthy happy employees provide the best path to sustaining a successful business.
