If you love collaboration, creativity, and a fast-paced environment, we might just be your perfect match!WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE- A supportive, dynamic, and innovative team culture.- Opportunities to attend industry events and showcase your skills.- A chance to directly shape the voice and vision of one of the industry’s fastest-growing firms.As our Civil Engineer III, you’ll be joining our growing civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV, Wind).Job Responsibilities:The Civil Engineer will work under a Project Lead (PE) on multi-discipline projects.  They will interact directly with our internal hydrology, geotechnical, structural, and electrical engineering teams.The role requires technical skills in Civil Engineering design including grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management, and SWPPP calculations and reports. They will utilize Civil 3D including alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered construction plans with minimal oversightComplete stormwater and E&S calculations to ensure quality standards are met for Engineers to stamp construction drawings and reports.  Ability to engage in multiple projects to complete successful requirement deliveriesExperience in dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals in order to assist with permitting and coordination with regulatory agenciesOn occasion with may perform site visits to validate site constraints and civil design solutions.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is requiredFE or EIT is strongly encouragedProfessional Engineer is nice to haveProficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, HydroCAD strongly preferredProficiency in software such as HEC-RAS, GIS, PV CASE nice to haveExperience in renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, or battery storage is preferred.4-8 years of experience.If you’re passionate about clean energy design, precision engineering, and turning data into impact, we want to meet you!
