Job Description

*Overview*We are hiring a Litigation Personal Injury Associate with 3+ years of experience handling personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial. The ideal candidate is a confident litigator, an exceptional communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.This is an in-office role while allowing flexibility for remote work on occasion.*Duties*● Independently manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution● Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs● Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials● Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams● Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff● Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and case value● Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations● Maintain high professional and ethical standards and represent the firm's values*Requirements*● Minimum 3 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation● Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar● Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills● Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively● Strong client-communication and relationship-building skills● Must be organized, proactive, and results-drivenJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceWork Location: In person
