We represent clients on a diverse range of matters including labor & employment, public law, civil rights, eminent domain, construction, code enforcement, transportation, environmental and land use.

Job Details

The litigation attorney will be responsible for preparing pleadings and discovery, appearing at hearings, taking and defending depositions, and researching and writing motions.

Qualifications
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Trial experience and experience with representing public entities is a plus
