Job Details
The litigation attorney will be responsible for preparing pleadings and discovery, appearing at hearings, taking and defending depositions, and researching and writing motions.

Qualifications
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Trial experience and experience with representing public entities is a plus
