As a Claims Advocate youll be a vital subject matter expert overseeing the resolution of complex client claims providing essential coverage guidance and advising both clients and team members - all within a culture where your dedication contributes directly to your financial future and the agencys continued success.WHAT YOULL DOProvide claims-perspective guidance to servicing and production teams throughout the renewal as applicable Serve as primary point of contact and expert for clients adjusters external stakeholders and agency employees on matters relating to specific claims or the overall claims process Assist clients with reporting new claims gathering required documentation and understanding coverage next steps and timelines.Review claim status regularly and provide proactive updates to clients and the claims team.Advocate on behalf of clients in all claim disputes cases and challenges.Act as a Liase between clients and carriers when disagreements arise.Ensure claims are handled in compliance with carrier guidelines regulatory requirements and agency standards.Coordinate between clients carriers adjusters and claims team to facilitate smooth claims handling and reduce delays.All other duties as assigned.
