What You'll Do
Lead and develop the Claims team while maintaining compliance with Medicare Advantage and managed care delegation requirements
Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
Prepare for and support audits, ensuring documentation and data integrity
Collaborate cross-functionally with Contracting, Clinical, Finance, and IT
Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Stay current with regulatory and payer changes affecting claims operations
What You Bring
10+ years in healthcare claims or revenue cycle management, 5+ in a leadership role
Medicare Advantage and delegated claims knowledge
Proficiency in claims systems (EZCap, EZEDI, or similar) and Excel
EMR experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
