You will have your own case load to manage that requires timely and accurately performed tasks according to benefit plan rules and federal time restrictions. You will:Meet with customers by phone to explain the pension claims processVerify benefit eligibility and follow up on eligibility issuesCorrespond with customers about documents necessary to complete their benefit claimAccurately enter data into claims processing systemSuccessful completion of the 12-week paid training program is required!
