Job DescriptionWorkers Compensation Claims Representative - Southeast (Remote)Job SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Representative to join a team. This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere within the continental United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workers compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions and possess excellent organizational negotiation and communication skills.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $75000 - $90000 per year (based on qualifications and experience)Benefits Include:Competitive compensationGenerous vacation and sick leavePaid holidays401(k) with company matchResponsibilitiesAssess compensability and coverage issues for lost-time workers compensation claims.Manage a caseload of lost-time claims across multiple jurisdictions.Negotiate and direct settlements under managements review.Collect and analyze medical and factual evidence to determine compensability.Oversee external investigations and manage litigation files within assigned authority.Maintain regular communication with claimants attorneys investigators rehabilitation personnel insureds account liaisons and medical providers.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation claims handling.Bachelors degree required.Adjuster license with confirmation of home state license.Jurisdictional experience in GA NC SC FL AL TN and LA.Experience handling lost-time or litigated claims.Familiarity with medical terminology.Strong organizational problem-solving negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Carrier experience preferred.#LI-BC1Required Experience:IC Key Skills Corporate Paralegal,Baan,IT Sales and Marketing,Civil Quality Control,Activex,Jboss Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 75000 - 90000
