What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on support to classroom teachers
- Constantly monitor and supervise children to ensure safety
- Help maintain a positive, nurturing and structured classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and guardians
- Alert teachers to any concerns or emergencies promptly
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Greet parents and children warmly using children's names
- Assist with indoor and outdoor play, learning activities, napping, eating and toileting
- Follow all center policies and procedures
- A caring, patient, and attentive individual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay engaged and alert at all times
- Passion for supporting children's growth and development
