Assessment and Observation:Regularly observe student progress evaluate their performance through various assessments and adjust the curriculum accordingly. Regular communication with parents and administration regarding progress monitoring and social-emotional developments is required. Classroom Management:Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment establishing clear expectations for behavior and enforcing expectations to ensure a positive learning with Responsive Classroom and PBIS would be beneficial. Communication and Collaboration:Communicating regularly with parents about their childs progress collaborating with other teachers and staff members and participating in professional development a Positive Learning Environment:Fostering a love of learning nurturing social and emotional development and promoting positive student relationships through the use of the above-mentioned values.
