Clean Room Associate - 2nd Shift at Award Staffing

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Clean Room Associate
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00PM-10:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Company is willing to train, no experience performing functions of the role is required.
• Candidates with experience in a service industry role are encouraged to apply.
• Strong tenure with past employers.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components, ensuring parts meet process and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor molding presses or injection molding machines.
• Load material, remove molded parts and perform basic inspections.
• Document production data and report process issues.
• Support troubleshooting and routine machine adjustments.
• Work in cleanroom environments.
