Property Manager at BeMore Staffing

We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a multi family site in Dundalk ensuring it is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. You will be working with one leasing agent and two maintenance techs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in the property management industry. The right candidate has been a Property Manager for 3 plus years or been an APM at a larger site for 5 plus years.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties including but not limited to: Rent collection and accounting Lease administration and renewal Maintenance and repairs coordination Resident relations and customer service Compliance with company policies and proceduresConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requestsPrepare and present regular property reports to management including financial and operational metricsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement changes as necessarySalary $60-65000#RecruitRequirementsmay be adjusted based on the candidates experience and qualifications.Required Skills:may be adjusted based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
