Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWere looking to hire two hard-working Cleaners in the Moundsville areawho can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our buildings. Youll be responsible for all cleaning duties including (but not limited to) dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and trash removal, in addition to reporting maintenance issues such as light bulbs needing replaced or malfunctioning toilets. The ideal candidates must have a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and take pride in a job well done.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness and safety of the buildingVacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans dailyClean windows, supply restrooms, and report minor repairs on a regular basisWipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegeesSecure the building by locking doors once cleaning is completeWrite reports of areas cleaned and send to office staffQualificationsEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in janitorial servicesDrivers license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to drive own car to sites on routeExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentExcellent stamina and physical healthHourly wage of $16.00
