You'll gain professional growth through ongoing training and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.Benefits:401(k) with matchingHealth, Dental, Vision and other insurance with company premium contributionsUp to 24 hours Paid time off and 5 Paid holidaysTraining, certification & advancement opportunitiesCompany provided uniforms & toolsWhat You'll Do:Prepare work and staging areas for cleaning room daily activities.Supervise temporary labor in cleaning room and warehouse areas.Maintain an efficient and constant flow of contents to the cleaning room.Performs content cleaning and deodorization inspections daily.Supervise and perform routine inspection of the facility for cleanliness and organization.Performs weekly inventory of packing products and communicates ordering needs to Warehouse Manager.Always adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.Communicate with Warehouse Manager and other warehouse team members to maintain efficient production processes.Update cleaning percentages and restoration status in task management system.Perform inventory of claimed contents, textiles, and other customer contents as required.Supervise flow and quality of incoming and outgoing contents from subcontractors.Perform quality control inspection of contents prior to move back to ensure customer satisfaction.Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.Other duties as assigned.What Were Looking For:Experience in fire damage cleaning and restoration.High school diploma or GED required.Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Details:Full-time | MondayFriday | 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with flexibility to work late as needed.Some occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime hours may be required.Join a company that values hard work, dedication, and growth.
