Cleanroom Production Operator

The cleanroom production operator will be responsible for packaging products in a cleanroom environment. This role involves various tasks across different production lines, including loading bottles, capping, bagging, sealing, loading containers into boxes, making additional boxes, and palletizing finished products. Operators will stand throughout their shift and rotate job duties every few hours.

Responsibilities:

• Package products in a cleanroom environment.
• Load bottles onto the production line.
• Cap, bag, and seal products as necessary.
• Load containers into boxes and make more boxes as needed.
• Palletize finished products.
• Rotate job duties every few hours.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in a production, filling, or packaging role.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
• Experience in inspection, line operation, and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to sign off on completed tasks per the batch record.
• Proficiency in recording batch numbers for inventory management.

Work Environment:

The work environment consists of a cleanroom setting where operators stand throughout their shifts, rotating duties every few hours. Available shifts include Monday to Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm and from 3:15 pm to 1:45 am. Overtime is typically scheduled on Fridays, following normal shift hours.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
