Under direction this position will perform a variety of complex specialized clerical services for unit staff. The position will answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors screening visitors/callers to determine nature of request. The position will also receive incoming mail prepare correspondence for mailing and order and distribute forms and supplies. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supporting role in the Departments business operations.
