As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the flow of information within the office is efficient and effective, contributing to the smooth functioning of our business processes. Key Responsibilities:Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff membersGreeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional mannerManaging and organizing physical and electronic files and documentsProcessing incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficientlyAssisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendarsPreparing reports, presentations, and other documents as neededQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plusProven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
