Our mission is simple: to be the best-in-class dairy brand in the markets we serve.Join Elsies Herd today!JOB RESPONSIBILITIESInput and provide purchase order information to vendors and fleet mechanics.Maintain data in the fleet software consistent with policies and procedures.Provide information to corporate fleet personnel when necessary.Track transferred units mileage fuel parts etc.Maintain transportation billing for Borden internal transportation.Maintain database for refrigeration equipmentProvide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of refrigeration equipmentOrder and maintain all fuel inventoriesSchedule Heavy Highway Vehicles and Maintenance responsible for all tags and registrationsQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required; or two years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceHighly detailâoriented with strong multiâtasking abilitiesAbility to read write and communicate effectively in English; Bilingual skillsare beneficial.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCapable of performing basic mathematical calculations (add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers fractions and decimals) and accurately recording data.Ability and willingness to workovertime weekends holidays andvarious shiftsas required.Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin fast-paced dynamic environments.PHYSICAL DEMANDSOccasional standing walking bending or reaching to retrieve files documents or inventory recordsAbility to lift or move items up to 2025 pounds such as files small parts or equipment paperworkRegular movement within fleet warehouse or yard areas to gather information check equipment records or coordinate with mechanics and driversAbility to work around fleet equipment which may involve exposure to noise temperature changes or warehouse environmentsEOE Vet/DisabilityBorden Dairy is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
