Cleveland Area Experienced Caregivers Needed at Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee

Key Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing toileting grooming and mobility.Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as meal preparation light housekeeping laundry errands and transportation to appointments.Provide companionship emotional support and social engagement.Monitor and report changes in the clients physical mental or emotional condition to supervisors or family members as appropriate.Follow care plans medication reminders and safety protocols.Assist with transfers use of assistive devices and fall-prevention measures.Maintain accurate documentation of care provided tasks completed and any observations.Uphold client privacy dignity and all agency policies and state regulations.Qualifications:Previous professional caregiving experience preferredCNA certification a bonus but not requiredAbility to safely assist with mobility and personal care tasks.Strong communication skills patience and reliability.Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if transportation is part of the role).Ability to pass background checks and meet health requirements (TB test physical etc.).Key Skills and Traits:Compassionate and patientDependable and punctualGood problem-solving and observation skillsRespectful and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and follow instructionsHourly rate can be negotiated depending on experience and CNA certification.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Business Intelligence,Bidding,Accounts Assistant Credit Control,Account Development,Content Development,Lab Testing Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
