The Client Care and Solutions Support will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships whilst providing exceptional customer service. This role is focussed on assisting clients with account related inquiries, resolving issues and supporting the delivery of products or services to meet client needs. Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Client Care and Solutions Support Serve as first point of contact for all client queries The Client Care and Solutions Support will maintain and Manage client accounts, ensuring that all information and records are accurate Work closely with internal departments such as sales and operations to resolve client issues ensuring customer service standards are adhered to.
