Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Care Center Banker to join our team and support customer sales and services. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, handling a variety of customer interactions, and supporting the sales process. A Client Care Center Banker answers incoming calls, chats and emails while providing clients with the best financial solution through a virtual and digital environment. The bank provides training and mentorship needed to support success as a Fidelity Banker.
