Job Description
Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients during virtual consultations helping them identify their needs and guiding them through tailored solution paths. You will lead structured conversations ask clarifying questions and provide accurate information designed to empower the clients decision-making. Youll maintain responsibility for managing a digital workflow organizing client accounts ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining detailed notes for every interaction.
