This person reports directly to the Business Development Director in our Sarasota office and plays a key role in ensuring the Sales Department runs smoothly and efficiently.Client Engagement Coordinator Job Description:Answer sales incoming line and direct sales calls to salespersonsSchedule meetings and send invites for Sales TeamReview and gather information for sales proposals RFPs and RFIsReview and audit new client agreements and documentsAct as liaison between Sales Team and Client ServicesMaintain sales database sales reports and sales trackers/scorecardsAssist with requests for information reports and documents from Sales TeamCreate and update documents/marketing material as neededAct as overflow for our Client Services TeamSupport the BD Director by sending Monthly client updatesRemote will be consideredClient Engagement Coordinator Job Qualities: We are seeking a new team member who demonstrates a high level of professionalism attention to detail and time management skills.
