Join Our Team as an Agency Engagement Manager! Are you a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and problem solver with a passion for making an impact? We’re looking for an Agency Engagement Manager to join our Resolution Operations team and help us strengthen partnerships with federal agencies while driving business growth. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our organization and federal agencies ensuring our services deliver maximum value, understanding client needs, and creating win-win solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, influence business strategy, and be a key player in shaping how we serve our clients and partners. What You’ll Do: Build and nurture strategic relationships with federal agencies, policymakers, and clients. Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and providing expert guidance. Collaborate across departments to optimize client success and operational outcomes. Monitor regulatory and policy changes, ensuring our organization stays ahead. Represent the company in community and industry events, enhancing our presence and reputation. Oversee external consultants or lobbyists as needed and provide leadership within your sphere of influence. Who You Are: A natural relationship-builder who thrives in strategic, consultative roles. Experienced in client relationship management, account management, or agency liaison roles (4+ years). Knowledgeable about SSA, disability programs, Medicare, and Medicaid. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with ease. Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling sensitive information. At this time, HFI will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization or offer any immigration related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization). Our Massachusetts based starting salary for this role ranges from $70,000-$90,000 annually. The salary range does not reflect total compensation which includes base salary, benefits and other options.
