Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 base with opportunity to earn up to $100,000 with a "bonus" structure in place

Compensation:$60,000 yearly base plus bonus
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Conduct consultation follow-ups and guide prospects toward engagement
- Clearly communicate the value of estate planning, elder law, and long-term care planning services
- Build trust through empathetic, confident, and consultative conversations
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text in a structured, consistent manner
- Track leads, conversions, and pipeline activity in CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and the intake team to ensure a seamless client journey
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and client experience

- High conversion rates from consultation to signed client

- Consistent, proactive follow-up with every qualified lead
- Strong collaboration with the legal team
- A measurable impact on firm growth and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Who You Are
You are not just a salesperson, you are a trusted guide.
Qualifications:
- Have 3+ years of sales, intake, or client conversion experience (professional services preferred)
- Excel at consultative sales, not transactional selling
- Know how to balance empathy with confidence
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally, even in emotional conversations
- Are highly organized and consistent with follow-up
- Take ownership of your pipeline and results
- Thrive in an environment where the quality of conversation matters more than quantity
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in legal, financial services, healthcare, or estate planning
- CRM experience (Clio, Smokeball, or similar)
- A background in intake or client experience roles in a law firm
