Role Overview: Lead Strategic Food Service Operations at Yale New Haven Health System
Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive I - Healthcare Food Services to support operations within the Yale New Haven Health System, one of Connecticut's leading healthcare networks. This role serves as the Client Executive for Sodexo's food service operations at Yale New Haven Hospital's York Street campus and is responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, and strengthening client partnerships across the account.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational and financial success, and developing strong client relationships that support long-term growth and retention.
The Client Executive I will report to the Client Executive II and work closely with senior hospital leadership as well as Sodexo's internal leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of Sodexo programs and services for this prestigious healthcare client.

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years

- Oversee food service operations at Yale New Haven Hospital's York Street campus
- Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable
- Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards
- Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives
- Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership
- Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes
- Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships
